Housing Litigation Lawyer — Management & Disputes

Recruit So Simple Ltd in Birmingham is seeking an experienced Housing Management & Property Litigation Lawyer to join its expanding team. The role involves managing a varied caseload including possession proceedings, injunctions, ASB, disrepair and general property litigation.

You will have 2+ years PQE with housing management/property litigation experience, be commercially aware, and capable of supervising junior staff while maintaining strong client relationships across England and Wales.
