Chief Financial Officer – Satispay Bank

Overview

As CFO for Satispay’s Luxembourg-regulated European hub, you’ll oversee financial integrity, regulatory compliance, and capital adequacy. You’ll lead a scalable finance function, aligning local finance with Group objectives while supporting regulatory evolution. This role involves reporting, treasury, risk oversight, and close collaboration with auditors and regulators to sustain growth. You’ll shape financial governance and ensure robust controls in a fast-moving, high-growth environment. Responsibilities

• Prepare and file local statutory accounts and regulatory reports for group consolidation
• Ensure Lux GAAP/IFRS compliance and adherence to group reporting policies
• Oversee liquidity management, cash forecasting, and capital protection for client funds
• Collaborate with CRO and control functions on financial risk oversight (liquidity, capital, balance sheet)
• Represent the company to regulators, tax offices, and external auditors for audits
• Oversee financial control, month-end closing, and timely management reporting for local and group stakeholders
• Manage finance operations including reconciliations, AP/AR, and close processes
• Coordinate intercompany integration with Group CFO and Group Finance

Key requirements

• 8+ years of leadership in financial roles within EU financial hubs, Luxembourger-regulated institutions, EMIs, or banks
• Deep knowledge of CRR/CRD, CSSF requirements, Lux GAAP/IFRS
• CSSF fit-and-proper eligibility for director/manager role
• Proven treasury, financial control, reporting, audit management, and liquidity management in regulated environments
• Strong understanding of group consolidation, governance, and liaison with auditors and regulators
• Fluent English
