Health Records Clerk: Fast-Paced Admin & Digital Records

Stockport NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Health Records Clerical Officer to support safe patient care by ensuring records are accurate, secure and accessible for clinical teams. You will work across the Health Records Service, with opportunities in the Evolve Team and Clinic Preparation & Reception Team.

The role requires accuracy, strong IT skills, and the ability to work flexibly in a busy environment. Training will be provided to develop information governance and system knowledge.
