Senior Customer Success Manager (French speaking)

Overview

In this role you drive value for enterprise Flexera customers across cloud and on-premises deployments. You act as the account owner, guiding renewals, expansions, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure measurable outcomes. You will translate technical concepts for executive audiences while maintaining customer-centric focus. The role supports growth in the French market and reinforces Flexera’s mission to help customers optimize technology spend. You’ll influence adoption and manage escalations, contributing to long-term relationships and referenceability.

Responsibilities

• Realize measurable value for strategic customers and secure renewals and references
• Mitigate churn risk with proactive strategies
• Identify expansion opportunities (upsell/cross-sell) for Sales
• Own renewal and expansion in coordination with Flexera functions
• Maximize product adoption and manage escalations (technical and business)
• Establish and maintain key stakeholder relationships at accounts
• Drive value conversations and keep customers informed on Flexera news and roadmap
• Lead enablement and development plans for Customer Success
• Steer cross-functional projects for continuous improvement

Key requirements

• Background in software asset management, customer success and/or consulting
• Experience with software vendors or large IT companies
• Domain knowledge across IT asset management, license optimization, cloud platforms, IT service management, cybersecurity
• Proven ability to maintain strong customer relationships and grow them
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and facilitate communication between technical and commercial sides
• Self-starter, independent learner
• Strong executive communication: persuasion, diplomacy, negotiation
• Experience with CRM/CS tools like Salesforce and Gainsight
• Project management experience with budget ownership
• Bilingual in French and English
