Part-Time Palliative Care Nurse Specialist, Community

Gloucestershire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Community Palliative Care Nurse Specialist (Band 6) for part-time 24 hours per week. The post involves working 9am-5pm over 3 weekdays, supporting patients with complex symptom management in community settings and coordinating care with GPs, district nurses and other colleagues.

This role requires current NMC registration, substantial post-registration experience in palliative care or related fields, and a patient-centred approach.
