Girlguiding is seeking a change lead to establish, coordinate and embed a network of volunteer change champions to support volunteering, digital transformation and organisational change activity.
You will work with volunteers and colleagues across the change, learning and communications project team to design and continuously improve the change champions experience so members feel informed, supported and engaged throughout their involvement.
