Festive Retail Assistant – Flexible Hours & Night Premium

Tesco is recruiting for festive in-store colleagues across the country to help serve customers, stock shelves and prepare orders for Click & Collect. No experience is required, just a warm, friendly attitude and a willingness to contribute to a great shopping experience.

The role offers flexible shifts with a minimum guaranteed hours policy (12 hours per week) and options to work fewer hours (down to 7.5) where available. Night shifts may apply with higher pay and region-based variations.
