Primary SEN Teaching Assistant – East London

100- 117 per day Full-Time

Remedy Education are looking for a strong and experienced Primary SEN Teaching Assistant to join a supportive school in East London.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident TA with solid experience supporting pupils with SEN who is looking for a rewarding role within a primary school setting.

The role will involve:

• Providing 1:1 and small-group support to primary-aged pupils
• Supporting children with a range of SEN and additional needs
• Helping pupils access the curriculum and classroom activities
• Supporting communication, emotional regulation and independence
• Managing behaviour and encouraging positive engagement
• Delivering interventions and targeted learning support
• Working closely with the class teacher, SENCO and wider support team
• Building positive and trusting relationships with pupils

The ideal candidate will have:

• Strong experience working as a TA within a primary school
• Good experience supporting children with SEN
• Confident behaviour management skills
• A calm, patient and consistent approach
• The ability to adapt support to individual pupils
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• A genuine passion for helping children succeed

Location: East London

Full-time 100- 117 per day
