Senior Clinician: Lead Incident Management & Patient Safety

Welsh Ambulance Services seeks a dynamic Senior Clinician to join the Integrated Care Team on a 6‑month secondment, delivering incident management, investigations and governance to enhance patient safety and quality.

You will lead clinical reviews, manage a caseload, and work with Operational Managers and senior clinicians to share best practice and ensure safe, evidence-based care. The role includes oversight of remote and face-to-face services with strong leadership expectations.
