Deputy Manager: Fast-Track to General Manager

Flow Sports Personnel Ltd, on behalf of our client in Watford, seeks an ambitious Deputy Manager to take accountability for the centre in the General Manager’s absence. The role is highly autonomous with a clear path to a General Manager within twelve to eighteen months, backed by ongoing training and development.

You will lead coaching and development of the team, maintain a safe, fun customer environment, and drive the centre’s performance, including front- and back-office operations.
