Assistant Store Manager – Lead in Optics & Customer Care

Specsavers Heswall is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead by example and drive customer-first care in a fast-paced optics retail environment. You will work alongside the Store Manager to keep the store running smoothly and mentor the team to deliver excellent service.

We value hands-on leaders with eye-for-detail and adaptability, ready to contribute to a community-focused eyecare and hearing care offering. Experience in optics is preferred but not essential.
