Infrastructure Technical Program Manager, Interconnect Team

Overview

In this role you will own embedded caching deployments from contract signing to CloudFront provisioning, coordinating with ISPs and site contacts to enable fast, accurate handoffs. You will manage multi-site cache deployments, troubleshoot installs with external providers, and help improve documentation, tooling, and processes. Your work supports scalable, reliable connectivity between AWS and external networks, contributing to the stability of next‑gen IP networks. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role focused on reducing friction and driving deployment efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Own embedded caching deployments from contract signing to CloudFront provisioning
• Liaise with ISP and site contacts to gather and validate site information for handoff to CloudFront
• Manage deployments of multiple caches with ISPs to improve efficiency and reduce repetitive asks
• Troubleshoot with ISPs / colocation / cross connect providers when installations fail
• Assist CloudFront with break/fix and ISP communications as needed
• Establish or improve documentation and reporting
• Drive continual deployment process improvements, including new tools, forms of reporting, and workflows

Key requirements

• Experience in procurement/ vendor management and contract management
• Ability to manage competing priorities and use metrics for decision making
• Strong analytical, detail-oriented, and communication skills, with networkingTroubleshooting experience
• Bachelor in related field
• Experience in technical infrastructure management (preferred)
