Customer-First Shift Lead — Retail (In-Store & Online)

Greggs in Chippenham is looking for a Shift Manager to join our team. You’ll look after the shop when the Manager isn’t around, motivate colleagues and ensure everyone has what they need to deliver a great customer experience across in-store and online orders.

Typical shifts include leading by example, serving customers fast and warmly, preparing sandwiches and managing ovens, keeping displays stocked and the shop clean.
