Responsibilities

• Operate airfield transport vehicles safely and efficiently according to procedures
• Conduct routine vehicle, equipment, and operational inspections to ensure safety standards
• Support day-to-day airfield operations while upholding health and safety
• Collaborate with operational colleagues and stakeholders for seamless service delivery
• Identify and report hazards, incidents, and operational risks, taking appropriate action
• Maintain accurate operational records and comply with airport security and airside requirements

Key requirements

• Proven experience operating vehicles in safety-critical or operational environments
• Full UK driving licence; LGV licence highly desirable
• Strong understanding of health, safety, and compliance requirements
• Experience conducting inspections and following operational procedures
• Ability to work effectively as part of a fast-paced team
• Excellent communication skills with a proactive and responsible approach
