The Role
This is a training-led, entry-level Junior Account Manager role designed to give you a strong foundation in client relationships and commercial skills. You will:
- Act as a brand ambassador, sharing your understanding of the clients value proposition and award-winning solution.
- Use all available tools (phone, email, LinkedIn) to promote the clients proposition, educating and recommending their solutions to their customers, educating them on new solutions.
- Achieve monthly KPI’s through upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the account base.
- Setting up and supporting calls for the senior Account Management team to onboard new customers.
