Enabling Support Worker – Sleep-In Paid & Flexible Hours

Shaftesbury Springbank in Wales is seeking a Part Time Enabling Support Worker to provide person-centred support and encouragement, taking direction from the person served and the support plan. You will help create a home‑like environment and maintain records in line with service requirements.

Role may include personal care, medication administration and cover sleep‑in shifts, for which an additional £60 per sleep‑in is paid.
