An exciting opportunity for an experienced Accounts Manager to join a well-established and highly regarded law firm in Gloucestershire.
This is a key role within the business, working closely with senior management and taking responsibility for the day-to-day management of the finance function.
The Role
- Manage and develop the finance/accounts function
- Oversee financial reporting, controls and cash flow
- Support budgeting, forecasting and financial planning
- Improve finance processes, systems and efficiency
- Provide accurate financial information to senior management
- Work closely with the wider business to support commercial performance
What They’re Looking For
Previous experience in a legal accounts/finance environment
Strong knowledge of SRA Accounts Rules
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Commercially minded with strong attention to detail
Confident managing processes and working with senior stakeholders
Ideally previous experience managing or developing a finance team
Based in a glorious location.
