Geozone Product Line Manager TRS (Tubular Running Services)

Overview

As Geozone Product Line Manager for TRS, you will steer the TRS product strategy across Europe, the Caspian region, and Africa, aligning with global goals and market needs. You will balance portfolio maintenance with development of new offerings, collaborating with global teams to grow market share. Expect to drive technology introductions, tender support, and partnerships while upholding safety, quality, and financial targets. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on product optimization in a multi-regional setting.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate safety leadership and uphold governance and ethical standards
• Drive safety, quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness in operations
• Provide technical support to global teams and oversee product development, profitability, and commercialization
• Conduct market research to maximize share and improve operating income
• Coordinate new technology introductions with global teams and support tender activities
• Maintain stakeholder communication and engage customers to position TRS products
• Present at industry events and manage budgets and capital/inventory requests
• Support talent development, training programs, competency, and performance management
• Contribute to global product strategy and align with market conditions across regions
• Collaborate across functions (sales, operations, engineering) to deliver objectives

Key requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Scientific discipline or equivalent experience
• Proven track record in development/application of new technology
• Proven track record in international operations and deep-water developments
• Extensive experience in a technical, product line, design, applications, or operations role
• Proven track record in managing international TRS product line operations
• Strong technical aptitude in oilfield products/services with emphasis on TRS
• Excellent analytical skills for product/process evaluation and improvements
• Knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, cost control; GAAP familiarity
• Ability to develop financial plans, analyze data, and prepare reports
• Proven technical problem-solving ability
• Understanding of global oil industry and key operators/technology users
• Self-motivated with effective team management and strong communication/presentation skills
• Good organizational skills, ability to work to tight deadlines, and decision-making capability
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 50%
