Hybrid HR Officer – Part-Time, 14 hrs/wk

Church of England’s HR Operations team is seeking an HR Officer to provide day-to-day HR support to staff across the National Church Institutions and affiliated bodies. The role reports to the HR Operations Manager, supporting HR Business Partners and the Deputy People Director.

This permanent, part-time position is 14 hours per week and hybrid, with an office day typically on Wednesdays. Flexible working patterns will be discussed at offer stage.
