Senior Consultant & Manager, AI for Customer Experience

Baringa is seeking an experienced Senior Consultant or Manager in London to help clients evolve how they serve customers with AI-driven transformation. You will work side-by-side with clients to identify demand, journeys and pain points, embedding AI into day-to-day operations and delivering end-to-end improvements.
