Security-First IT Support Analyst (ISO 27001)

Jenoptik in Farnborough is seeking a Security-First Technical Support specialist who will diagnose and resolve hardware, software and network issues while applying strict ISO 27001 and data protection practices.

You will communicate security implications to customers, document audit trails, and coordinate with Global DPO, Customer Service Desk and Field Teams to strengthen overall security posture.
