Quality Inspector
Location – ReadingWorking Hours 7-3.30pmSalary – £30-32k
3-6 month contract
Are you an experienced Quality Inspector with a background in manufacturing? We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to support quality standards across a busy production environment.
As a Quality Inspector, you will provide frontline quality support, helping to ensure Goods in are inspected and to standard.
Key Responsibilities of the Quality Inspector
- Goods in Inspection of mechanical and electrical components
- Using inspection and measurement equipment such as calipers, shadow graphs
- Following processes and ensuring incoming goods match documents
- Communicate quality, product, and safety-related information effectively across the business.
About You the Quality Inspector
- Confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable presenting information and responding to queries.
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Experience with quality management systems such as ISO 9001 or AS9100 is beneficial.
