Technology and Commercial Lawyer – 6 month contract

We are seeking an immediately available Commercial & Technology Legal Counsel to join a leading logistics organisation on an initial six-month assignment.

This is a broad, commercially focused role covering contract drafting and negotiation, legal and commercial risk, transactions and technology matters. You will work closely with senior stakeholders across the business, providing practical, solutions-focused legal advice.

There will also be scope to support the continued development of the legal function, including process improvement, technology adoption and more efficient delivery of legal services.

The ideal candidate:

• UK-qualified solicitor with 5+ years’ PQE
• Strong commercial and transactional experience, including technology contracting
• Commercially minded, pragmatic and confident
• Excellent drafting, negotiation and communication skills
• Comfortable working independently and with senior stakeholders
