Care Home GP: Relational, Team‑Focused Primary Care

West London NHS Trust is seeking a Care Home GP to enhance primary care delivery within Ealing care homes. You will gain dedicated time in allocated homes, building relations with residents and staff to provide high-quality, holistic care in a less ad-hoc setting.

You will join a multidisciplinary team with experienced nurses, prescribing pharmacists, and administrators, working under a Clinical Lead Care Home Service.
