IT Bid Manager

Overview

As IT Bid Manager you will lead the technical framing of bids within a growing logistics organisation undergoing technology modernisation. You will translate requirements into compelling technical narratives, ensuring solutions align with customer needs and roadmaps. You will collaborate with Product, Platform, Architecture and Technology teams to deliver accurate, competitive tender responses. This role supports the transformation journey and offers impact across supplier management and technology-driven wins. You will work onsite part of the week in London or Leicester, contributing to a pivotal growth phase.

Responsibilities

• Align franchising requirements with product roadmaps
• Drive value from existing suppliers and support supplier evolution and selection
• Translate franchising and bid requirements into coordinated product inputs
• Review tender documents to extract technology-related requirements
• Create compelling technical narratives communicating the organisation’s capabilities
• Collaborate with Product, Platform, Architecture and Technology teams to develop accurate, competitive responses

Key requirements

• Proven bid, proposal, or tender management experience in a technology-focused environment
