Senior Physiotherapist – Community Care & Early Discharge

Cambridgeshire and Peterborough NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Senior Physiotherapist to join the Intermediate Care Team. The role focuses on delivering high-quality, patient-centred therapy in patients’ homes and interim settings to support early discharge from hospital.

You will work within a multidisciplinary team, developing therapy assistant practitioners and integrated care workers while ensuring safe patient flow and efficient service delivery.
