Manager, Global Benefits

Overview

As Global Benefits Manager, you will lead the design, implementation and ongoing management of Burberry’s global benefits programmes. You will ensure competitive, compliant offerings aligned with business objectives and employee wellbeing. You will work with HR, Finance, Legal and external partners to maintain consistency across global locations and enhance the employee value proposition. You will drive benefits governance, communications and technology-enabled improvements at scale, delivering measurable impact on engagement and retention.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate annual insurance and benefit renewals across regions
• Manage relationships with brokers, insurers and benefit providers
• Partner with HRBP, Payroll, Legal, Finance and Procurement to support benefits delivery
• Support development and delivery of global benefits strategy and policies
• Identify opportunities to streamline benefits processes and documentation globally
• Develop and deliver engaging benefits communications
• Ensure compliance with local requirements and legislation updates
• Maintain records of benefit frameworks, contracts and renewal dates
• Review benefits usage, feedback and costs to identify improvements
• Support wider HR priorities including wellbeing, DEI, engagement and recognition
• Escalation point for benefits-related queries
• Lead benefits technology and transformation initiatives, including platform implementations

Key requirements

• Proven experience in managing employee benefits programmes in a multinational or complex organisation
• Strong knowledge of UK benefits, pensions, tax and regulatory requirements including payrolling of benefits and salary sacrifice
• Experience managing benefit renewals with brokers, insurers and providers
• Experience implementing and improving benefits technology, processes and communications
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities
• Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into actions
