Accounts & Tax Leader – Hybrid, Path to Director

Howett Thorpe in Godalming is seeking an Accounts & Tax Manager / Senior Manager to lead a mixed portfolio of statutory accounts and personal tax. You will balance client delivery with developing the wider team, supporting senior accountants and building lasting client relationships.

The role offers hybrid working, oversight of junior staff, and a clear route to Director or Partner level. ACA or ACCA, at least 5 years in a UK practice, and a proactive, organised approach are essential.
