Residential Support Worker: Youth Therapeutic Care

Aspris is looking for a Residential Support Worker to work with young people aged 8–18 in a residential setting near Mildenhall. You will support daily activities, accompany them on outings, and help them build independent living skills within a safe, therapeutic framework.

We provide continuous CPD and a clear pathway for progression, including enrollment onto NVQ/SVQ qualifications within six months. A full UK driving licence is required for this role.
