IT Support Assistant – On-site in Rochester (Mon–Fri)

Veetee Group in Rochester is seeking an IT Support Technician to provide technical assistance to colleagues, both on-site and remotely, and to keep IT systems running smoothly.

You will troubleshoot hardware and software, install and configure software, manage user accounts, and liaise with external IT providers to resolve issues. The role includes documenting processes and training users.
