Personal Development & Community Support Worker

C-Change Scotland is recruiting two personal development workers to join her team in Blackburn. The roles are permanent, part-time, with hours 10-16 per week and pay £13.58–£13.72 per hour (sleepovers paid at £13.45 per hour). Closing date is 15 October 2026.
