Algal CO2 Fixation Lab Technician – Robotics & Imaging

The Mackinder Lab at the University of York is seeking a motivated lab technician to support projects on CO2 uptake in algae and cyanobacteria. The role involves assisting with robotic platforms for automation of molecular biology and algae screening workflows, algae propagation, cloning, selecting fluorescent lines, confocal imaging, protein purification and data analysis.
