Night Intensive Housing Officer: Safe Shelter & Support

BCHA in Plymouth is seeking a Night Intensive Housing Officer to support people experiencing homelessness in our homelessness service. You will provide a safe, welcoming environment, act as first point of contact overnight, and work with customers to feel heard and empowered.

This role requires de‑escalation, recording notes, signposting to local services, and promoting dignity and wellbeing. Part- or full-time contracts are available; night shifts include evenings and early mornings.
