Criterion Capital Ltd. is seeking a dynamic Pre-Construction Quantity Surveyor to join our in-house contracting team, delivering robust cost control and value engineering across development projects in the UK.

You will lead cost planning, budgets, procurement strategies and tender analysis for office-to-hotel conversions, PRS and mixed-use schemes, working closely with development, design and operations teams to ensure commercial success from feasibility through construction.
