Hybrid 12-Month Customer Service Advisor

Slimming World is seeking a Customer Service Advisor for our Digital Support team at the Head Office in Alfreton on a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will work Monday to Friday, with one late shift per week, and one Saturday every four weeks, with the flexibility to work from home on Saturdays.

You’ll be the first point of contact for members across email, telephone and live chat, delivering a tailored service with empathy and accuracy to ensure every interaction is valued.
