Customer Service Adviser – Part-Time (20h)

Business Stream Ltd is seeking a Customer Service Adviser to handle inbound calls in a small, supportive contact centre in Edinburgh. You’ll listen carefully, provide clear information, and resolve a range of queries with guidance from an experienced team.

The role is office-based, with training and performance metrics around customer service and KPIs. You will work 20 hours a week, Monday to Friday, with training completing within 6–9 months.
