Night Intensive Housing Officer – Safe, Supportive Homes

BCHA in the South West is seeking a Responsive Night Intensive Housing Officer to cover Bournemouth, Christchurch, Poole and Weymouth. You will deliver professional out-of-hours customer service, ensure building security and support residents to de-escalate incidents.

On a 4 nights on / 4 nights off rota (1900–0800), you will maintain accurate logs, coordinate with colleagues and partners, and complete safeguarding-focused training to help homeless customers access safe, stable accommodation.
