Senior Conveyancing & Land Lawyer – Public Sector

Halton Borough Council in Cheshire is seeking an experienced Legal Conveyancer to join the Legal Services Directorate. You will carry out conveyancing and land-related tasks for the Council and manage a busy caseload with minimal supervision.

Candidates should be Fellows of CILEx, Licensed Conveyancer, Graduate Member of CILEx, or hold a Law Degree or equivalent, with a commitment to client confidentiality and high professional standards.
