Aspiring Technical Support Engineer – Global Security

Gallagher Security is building its UK-based Technical Support team and seeks a Junior Technical Support Engineer to join our global group. You’ll be the first contact for customers and Channel Partners, helping troubleshoot issues, provide clear guidance, and create positive support experiences while learning from experienced engineers.

You’ll respond to calls and emails, troubleshoot networking, device, software and access control issues, and record resolutions in our CRM and knowledge base.
