Residential Site Manager: Timber & Traditional Homes

The PLC housebuilder is seeking an experienced Site Manager for a residential development in Telford. You will take overall responsibility for daily site operations, coordinating subcontractors and labour, and ensuring builds meet safety, quality, and programme requirements.

Experience with timber frame and traditional build methods, housing association and open market developments, and close collaboration with the Contracts Manager are highly desirable for this role.
