Site Manager

Overview

In this role you will lead the site for a flagship medical facility project in central London, turning the programme into coordinated on-site activity. You will work closely with the Project Manager, commercial team and subcontractors to meet safety, quality and schedule targets. The position blends hands-on site leadership with the precision required by a specialist healthcare environment, anticipating issues and resolving conflicts to deliver first-time accuracy. Responsibilities

• Lead subcontractors and coordinate trades, sequencing and short-term programmes
• Manage inspections, test plans, quality checks and snagging through to close-out
• Maintain safe working practices including permits, RAMS and temporary works procedures
• Understand package scopes and identify changes with project and commercial teams
• Coordinate materials, equipment and site logistics to support efficient delivery
• Turn the programme into coordinated site activity and maintain momentum to completion

Key requirements

• Proven track record delivering medium to large construction projects
• Experience in healthcare or life science projects
