Housing Management & Property Assets Assistant

Hartlepool Borough Council is seeking a Housing Assistant to join the Strategic Asset Management Team to assist in delivering the Council’s housing management services. You will help manage Council-owned properties and support new build housing projects within the Place team.

The role will support voids, new properties and repairs processes, utilities, property and estate inspections, stock condition surveys and inventories, and effective communication with tenants and landlords.
