Location: West Midlands (Hybrid)

Salary & Package: £45,000–£55,000 + Bonus + Private Healthcare + a further benefits package

Sea Global is excited working with a leading international Real Estate business, who are looking to appoint a Procurement Manager to join their growing procurement function.

This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to take ownership of projects across a broad range of spend areas and have the autonomy to make a real impact within a developing procurement function.

Because the procurement function is continuing to develop, you’ll need to be proactive, confident and comfortable working closely with senior stakeholders across the business.

Role & Responsibiites

• Deliver sourcing and tendering projects across a broad range of indirect categories such as Facilities Management, Technology, Construction, Professional Services, Marketing
• Use spend analysis and market insight to identify commercial opportunities
• Manage supplier selection, benchmarking and negotiations
• Partner with stakeholders across the business to understand requirements and deliver effective procurement solutions

Experience & Requirements

• Strong experience of end to end sourcing and tendering across indirect categories
• Strong commercial and analytical skills, with the ability to use data to identify opportunities
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience working in a regulated (PCR2015/PA23/OJEU/UCR) environment
• A proactive approach and the confidence to challenge and influence stakeholders
