Construction Workshop Supervisor – Skills & Safety Mentor

Loughborough College Group is recruiting a Construction Workshop Supervisor for Stephenson College. The role is hands-on, supporting high-quality teaching and learning in the workshop environment.

Responsibilities include ensuring student safety with equipment, conducting risk assessments, maintaining workshop cleanliness, and ensuring materials are available for lessons and apprentices’ end point assessments. Level 2 construction qualification preferred; industry experience required.
