Experienced Social Worker – Adult Community Hub

West Northamptonshire Council is seeking an experienced Social Worker to join its Adult Social Care team in Northampton. You will support adults and families, using strengths-based practice to promote independence, wellbeing and choice.

You will manage complex caseloads, carry out assessments and lead safeguarding enquiries when needed, working with health, housing and voluntary sector partners to deliver coordinated care.
