Hybrid Workforce & Skills Officer – Project Coordination

Somerset Council’s Workforce & Skills team is seeking a Workforce & Skills Officer to provide project coordination and administrative support across funded programmes. You’ll monitor progress, maintain records and assist with reports to ensure projects are delivered compliantly.

You’ll help coordinate activities, support contract management, and contribute to stakeholder engagement while working in a flexible hybrid environment in Somerset.
