Head of Year: Inspire Students, Elevate Attendance & Wellbeing

Staffordshire University Academy is seeking a proactive Head of Year to lead a year group, inspire students, and raise aspirations while removing barriers to learning.

You will monitor attendance and progress, coordinate targeted support, and work with families and staff to ensure high standards of behaviour, wellbeing and safeguarding.
