In-Work Disability Support Coach

Action on Disability (AoD) is seeking a part-time role in London to provide face-to-face support and guidance to Disabled people in their workplaces. The post holder will implement personalised support plans, monitor progress, and coordinate with their AoD Supervisor and the employer to build confidence and employment independence.

Applicants should have experience of supporting Disabled individuals, English and Maths at GCSE level, and willingness to undertake required training.
