The opportunity

An established and growing professional services business is looking to appoint an experienced Employment Solicitor at Associate level to join and help develop a growing Employment Law team.

The role

You’ll manage your own matters and client relationships while working collaboratively with colleagues across the wider business.

The role is likely to cover a broad range of Employment matters, depending on your existing experience, with scope to continue developing both technically and commercially.

You’ll have the opportunity to:

• Take ownership of an established Employment Law workload.
• Manage your own matters with appropriate autonomy.
• Develop strong relationships with existing clients.
• Work alongside experienced colleagues within a growing legal team.
• Gain exposure to businesses and business owners across the wider client network.
