Responsibilities

• Leading and growing a non-contentious construction offering
• Advising on a broad range of construction and development matters
• Building and strengthening long-term client relationships
• Driving business development and identifying new opportunities
• Collaborating with colleagues across offices and complementary practice areas
• Supporting and mentoring junior team members

Key requirements

• Significant experience in non-contentious construction law
• Around 8+ years’ PQE, with flexibility for strong candidates outside range
• Strong track record of client development, ideally with a following or referrer network
• Excellent technical ability combined with commercial awareness
• Proven business development skills and a clear growth vision
• Strong relationship-building and client management capability
